Submit Your Screenshot / Share Your Story

Were you blocked by a Platte County official’s page? Preserve it here.

If a page belonging to a Platte County officeholder or candidate has blocked you, hidden your comments, or deleted your questions — document it. Submissions are reviewed before anything is published; verified screenshots may be added to this site’s exhibits (with your personal information removed unless you say otherwise). Your submission also preserves a dated record that exists outside Facebook’s control.

Before you upload

Capture three things if you can: (1) the block or hidden-comment state itself, (2) the comment or question you posted that preceded it, and (3) the page name and date visible in the shot. JPG images only, up to 10 MB each.

JPG/JPEG only. On iPhone: Settings → Camera → Formats → “Most Compatible” saves JPGs, or export the screenshot as JPG. Other formats will be rejected.

What Happens to Your Submission

Uploads go to a private, write-only store. Nothing you submit is publicly visible until it has been reviewed and verified.
Verified screenshots may be published on this site as exhibits. Personal details (your name, profile photo, contact info) are redacted before publication unless you explicitly give permission to include them.
If you provided contact information, you may be contacted to verify the screenshot — verification is what turns a submission into a publishable exhibit.

By submitting, you represent that the screenshot is a true, unaltered capture from your own account, and you authorize its review and possible publication in redacted form as described above. Submissions are documentation of resident reports; inclusion here is not an allegation that any particular block was unlawful. This site is informational and does not provide legal advice.
